Are you using a NoCD crack to play the game? Does the game actually play when playing from the original discs? Try unistalling then reinstalling. Then use the original disc to play, do not use a crack until you know it does work from the original discs! The game seems to be having an issue with your .cfg files! A reinstall could fix this? Your specs should be enough to play this game! Maybe a reinstall of DirectX may help as well? Do you have problems with other games?
