learn something new every day would a rbg cable fix this or those pal to ntsc boxs that you can buy fix the prob

This doesnt help some one with a NTSC unit trying to play a PAL game. The color fix will work but do nothing for the rolling screen you get from a PAL signal on an NTSC unit.

The MI and CC chips have features in them to correct this regardless of your units origin.

Or better yet.... just get games that are within your region already
