If you have done this already I dont know and it might sound stupid but simply check to make sure the NA is plugged into the HDD properly. Some times mine gets dislodged enough for HDloader to not detect the HDD but the power plug is still connected well enough to spin up the HDD.
If this fails try flashing back to ToxicOS 1.01 or whatever its called. If this fails I dont know...maybe your HDD is bad
