Bin 2 Boot

Hi! I used bin2boot for making bootloader games selfbooting. I tried to make more than 40 games selfboot using that tool, but only half of it work, the others don`t boot at all, but just go straight to the audio cd menu. Does anyone know, why? I guess, it has to do with the selfboot session, which is, using bin2boot, burned at the end of the cd instead of being burned at the beginning of the cd, like the other selfboot releases. I am using a jap/hong kong dc.
