Error reading CMD_GET_Status

Hi
I am havin issues with flashing my xbit BIOS. First of all before I can do anything the CMD error pops up. I have to click ok a number of times for that pop up message to go away. Once its away it says connected, then I click on format and I am back to the same pop up msg. If any one has experienced this problem then plz help. I am pretty sure I got the chip all hooked up properly.
