To enter the configuration screen with the infinity on flash versions 1.3 and later, from standby (rest light is red) have your controller plugged into slot 1 and hold the triangle and circule on the controller then tap the rest button to turn on your PS2. Hold (EDIT: triangle and circule) until you see the configuration screen come up.
Then you will be able to make whatever changes you would like. When you are ready to save your changes make sure you have a memory card in slot 1 (as this is where the Infinity will save the settings to) then press start. Your settings will be saved and then you will need to reboot your PS2.
