don't laugh,but........

i have the bin and cue file to powerstone.using autodummy i have read the cue file.what the hell do i do next? no other options are highlighted such as "add bin or iso etc" and i am unable to quote the read me file that came with it "just hit save" and the program automatically calculates and builds the required file.help please.it loads so slooooooowly! thanks.
