Depends on your hardware, but as Rainbow Six uses safedisc1 protection (at least I think so) it should be no problem to copy it with clonecd4 and safedisc profile.
The new - Raven shield and athena sword, use SafeDisc 2 and upgrades (with all the patches) to SafeDisc 3. Same same but diffrent!
