Oh I see what you mean now. Well you can create your own .cnf file with note pad then just rename the file extension to .cnf or use cdgenPS2 just put the .elf files and whatever else you want to use and cdgenPS2 will creat the .cnf. Some apps need specific .cnf's but with out knowing what you are doing this is the best I can tell you.
