Another thought. All the firmware should be flash upgradable. That way if we get another ps2 v.9 sudden death syndrome problem it could be cured by as simple flash update rather than having to lift a chip leg and solder on an extra wire!

Hello!!! Wouldn't it be good if u could flash yr Version 1 PS3 to be a version 5 PS3 etc....U get the idea...
