How to burn DISC 2 on ripped games.

HI,
I have just ripped a 2 disc game and was wondering how i have to burn the second disc, do i have to make it a selfboot like the first one or do i just write the files directly to the disc as they are. The problem is also testing it, cuz i won't know if it's workied until i play the game to the second disc section or is there a way of #####ing that it has worked.
