not sure where to post this...
just a quick question, i want to put a movie on a cd-r, for storage, not to play on a dvd player. The file is currently in mpeg format, but the movie will not fit, it is 783 MB, cd-r is 700 MB, my question is, what format can i convert the mpeg file to to make it fit? avi.? or is that about the same size as mpeg.? and what program could i use to do this? i do not want to split the movie, as it is already in 3 parts. Any suggestions?
