Trouble Burning Crazy Taxi for PS2

I have PS2 with a modchip and it works great. This is the first troublesome game I have come across. It just freezes at the menu screen. According to Sgt. Dan's website they have a tutorial for people who have this same problem but you need Sony's CD/Dvd generator which i can't find anywhere. I use CDR-WIN to burn my games. Does anyone have this program or successfully burned this game a different way!
