Dave Mirra CDDA Fix...

Does anyone know where I can download Echelon's CDDA Fix for Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX. Also can anyone tell me how to insert the patch into the game. Isonews only provides information to insert the patch into an already burnt copy of the game. I haven't burnt the game yet and need some help with this. Any thanks would be greatly appreciated.
