OK ! ive ripped speed devils, what now?

i just ripped my speed devils game ,ive go all the tracks on my pc there is 2 data tracks(track03.iso.gz=208kb and track11.iso.gz=396mb) all the rest are audio tracks, i havent extracted any yet cause im stuck, and raw2wav doesnt work on my pc, it just goes on and then goes of in a flash, is it supose to do that? could someone please tell me what i have to do next and if my raw2wav.exe is working or not, TA VERY MUCH
