Using GypPlay...

i have a few movies in .mpg format and i downloaded gypplay - full release. i burned the movie and the files with nero with all the correct options. i put in my utopia boot cd then swap in the movie/gyp disc. it spins for a little while then stops. can anyone help?? thanks a lot.
