DUO chips were to buy cheap for 1

yes i was reading post at newz and found a installer and a customer haveing missunder standings and they went back and fourth a couple of time then the installer offers a free magic 3.1 install on a v4-7 unit only costing 15 to ship for the first person that asked about it i jumped right on it lol now i got me a free install but im thinking of getting a DUO chip if there decently priced and just have him install it cause i heard magic 3.1 chips r crap i figerd dose not hurt to have a extra v7 unit modded in case my v9 screws up again now i just got to get a v7 unit so could people post some cheap places to buy thnx.
