I need instructions on how to burn a self booting DC disc

i have a CD burner (hp cd-writer plus 7500 series) and i want to use it to burn Dreamcast games. i have no idea how to so i need some very detailed instructions on how to and also i only have 1 cd-r left so can whoever answers this tell me how to burn a self booting game. i dont know what tools to use to burn with either. so can someone please help me
