Jedi Academy Single/Multiplayer NO-CD crack

First to say: Jedi Academy really is a great game. But now as I quit the Singleplayer Mode I liked to start Multiplayer gaming. But although I have original CD Images in my Demon Tool proggy, this did not work.
I always got that:

end of message

ERROR

So I searched for a multiplayer crack and it seems like gamecopyworld is the first site on the net offering this.
So I downloaded it, but now I have aother problem. After replacing the jamp.exe and jasp.exe and jediacademy.exe I cannot launch any multiplayer server. Jedi Academy now asks me every time to insert CD1. But it is inserted! I tried some changes with original or cracked exes, but there is either This "end of message" error after 30 seconds of play, or the "Please insert CD1" error.
Has somebody any idea how to solve this problem???
