Just e-mail me the zipped patch file. I was after either the *.txt file or *.nfo file, or open the file up and copy/paste to here (open *.nfo file in something like notepad)

As blackdiamond has said, for these type of patches CDRWin is normally used to create a *.bin file.

Then copy the patch into the same working directory e.g. C:\GAMES

So in the GAMES\ directory you will have: -
binfile.bin
cuefile.cue
patchfile.xps


Then open up your MS DOS command prompt, change directory to GAMES
cd c:\GAMES

then apply the patch
patchfile.xps binfile.bin
