Vampire Chronicles RGB Fix

Does anyone know how to apply the RGB fix to Vampire Chronicles and burn to CD? I've tried 3 times and now how have 3 coasters. It appears to be an Ascension release as there is no Ip.bin present in the directory.

Help would be REALLY be appreciated.
