pal games full screen

I have a ntsc game called resident evil dead aim. I convert it to pal because I live in the netherlands and there we have pal tv's.
Now i've got the game in color

but now I have a black edge in the down of my screen. This means no full screen

. It looks like the size of the screen is less then normal.
Do you know a solution?
