i use FlashFxp and Evox v1.8.752

i got 3.3MB when transfer from xbox-DVD to PC HD
11MB when transfer xbox-HD to PC HD
and 5MB from PC-HD to Xbox-HD
which pretty good compare to you guys

i change the Link Speed/Duplex Mode to *100 Full Mode* does that's increase or make anything go faster???
