Making self-boot into non self-boot?

After reading Big Papa's excellent post below, if found out why all my test burns for self booting backups keep crashing out. My old burner doesn't do multisession burns. Therefore, I'd like to know if theres a tutorial out there for buring all the self-booting images as images that the Utopia boot disk can load.
