Big Papa plz help

I have a pal DC and i want to patch Shenmue for play in full screen
But it's an auto-bootable game so only DJ can make the image file and it required an Bin image for apply the patch.
i have cdirip but when i apply the ppf the size of the image doesn't match (if a prog convert cdi2bin exist plz tell me )
so plz help me thx
