Delta Force 3 Land Warrior v1.00.25 No-CD/Fixed EXE

I hate to sound like a broken record, but is there some type of a "hold" put on this thing? It's been in excess of a month since v1.00.24 No-CD/Fixed EXE was uploaded. Is this new vs considerably more difficult to crack, or is there some higher agenda hindering progress? If I had the knowledge, I'd crack it myself, but if a frog had wings he wouldnt bump his ass when he hopped either. Is "Class" a person or a group? How can I get in touch with them?
