hey guys, im' new here. i just purchased Medal of Honor Allied Assault and when it is about to install this prompt comes up:

" The installshield ( ikernel.exe ) could not be installed.
The device does not recognize the command."


Does neone know what this means or where i can download something to help this? I bought this from best buy so dont think that i got it here off the net.
