New to burning playstation games... Help!

I am new to using a CD-RW and would like to try and burn some playstation games. I am not very up with all the jargon and would like some simple instructions on what to do. I have already tried burning crash bandicoot 2 but it doesn't play when i try it in the console. I am using nero- buring rom as my software and running windows me. Can anyone give me some help on how to burn these games. Thanks
