Hi, everyone

I got a problem about the software, DVDx2.0
I just transfered a DVD(matrix) to VCD with subtitle perfectly, and later I tried another DVD, Vanilla Sky. But the program shut down automatically. Finally I figured out that's because I chosed subtitle. It worked only if I didn't choose subtitle. Why didn't it happen on Matrix? Does anyone know how to solve the problem? I would like to have subtitle in the film?
