grand prix 4

Does anyone have the .exe file for grand prix 4 that prevents it from returning to desktop,i've just backed up an original that a friend gave me and all the patches i've tried don't seem to prevent this,(Plextor 12x10x32 and perfect copy/clone cd),i believe theres one out there as it has been mentioned in other posts
