clone cd help/hardware

i keep getting this message when using clone cd
it doesnt matter what vers it always says it
and i dont know whether its my hardware
sony cdrx1611 or my pc
1.7ghz
256mb
120gb hd


it says "servo failure at line 04:010:08"



as its a clone cd question somebody plz help me
