I simply capture with my computer, I connect the Playstation/N64/Saturn line out to the line in on my graphics card and the capture using Polderbits sound recorder. Sometimes you have to keep the character occupied so he'll stand somewhat still as to not make noise while the music plays but it's possible.
www.polderbits.com You should then be able to reverse the process to your MD recorder.
