Can someone tell me what is the best way to copy GTA3 ?
I have CloneCD and Nero as burning software.

Use ClonyXXL!!!

GTA3 is protected by SafeDisk V.2
Scan the CD with ClonyXXL,than open CloneCD.
you can write the CD without problems now.
