CRC errors on CD-R

Does anyone know how to fix CRC errors on a CD?

Its seems all of sudden that its having trouble reading the last session on my cd and I get CRC errors.

Is there any software out there that can open the last session recoded on the CDR and extract the files?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
