need help with 1st_read.bin

Hi,
My backup of "Razor Freestyle Scooter" doesn't have working music, so I'm putting in my own.
The problem I've run into is that when I run binhack, it gives me an error message about the 1st_read.bin. I don't know what the problem is.
Is there a way to use the 1st_read.bin from another game to get around this and take its place?

Thanks,
Kevin

No you can't : "*.bin" are the same as "*.exe" on windows. They are executables, so if you change them, it won't work.

What is BinHack's error message ?
Stupid question : is your file read-only protected ?

I hope this gives you an idea. I hope there's a way to fix this.
To answer your second question... no, "read only" isn't checked... just "archive" is.

Thank you for your help.
