Best SCSI CDRW for RAW-DAO, etc.?

What is the best (decently fast) SCSI CDRW drive out now? Currently I have a Yamaha CDR400T (4x6) that won't do RAW-DAO (but still seems to copy SafeDisc 2 stuff OK), but am looking for something a little faster and newer for CloneCD 1:1s. I can't do IDE (all full with HDs). Thanks.
