Strange error
I have installed CloneCD 4 on my Athlon1.4 with Windows ME. It works perfect, but both Nero and WinOnCD hangs in the middle of a burning process.
In the beginning Nero 5571 got Buffer Underrun directly after filling the buffer. I re-installed Nero and it begins burning but after a while the computer locks up! The same Phenomen with WinOnCD 5 When I try to uninstall Nero there is no Uninstall file so I have to remove everything manually. Even if I re-install it the same thing happens. I have VIA technology's drivers for the IDE and everything worked a couple of weeks ago.

strange error
after uninstalling nero (or CloneCD), you have to clean all instances of those programs from your registery, then install again.

funny, i bet 20 dollars that you would find regcleaner (program for cleaning registrys) if you only searched google.
just for fun, i suggest a reformat. that fixes everything.
