Black and white games when using rgb

I recently got my Ps2 (pal) chipped and it appears to be workin fine in general. Some games though are black and white and I this is due to them being of a foreign format and ive got an RGB scart but still I cant get colour for the games. Ive tried it on a fair few different televisions and still no luck...... any ideas ?

THX alot

Ive deffinitely got the right scart cable and Iknow the TV is capable of playin imports as Ive used it in the past with my Ps1....... the only thing i can think of is that there could have been a prob when chippin - i didnt do this myself' is it possible to chip a machine wrongly so that it works for pal game backups but is b/w when playing import ones.. my chip is a neo 4 where i have to disc swap.

THX V MUCH EVERYONE

if it was RGB, it'd be in color. it's IMPOSSIBLE for a RGB signal to be in b/w.
either you got the wrong cable, the wrong scart socket on your TV (try others if you got more than 1), or your TV doesn't switch to RGB automatically.
