18 wheeler NTSC to PAL

i need a patch for 18 wheeler to make it run in PAL on a PAL DC,

Have you tried PAL Patcher ?

If it doesn't work, try on 1st_read.bin and remake your CD.
Tell me if it works.

does that do nero images? the game is a nero image,

i have it but the options are only for cdi and iso

Yes, you're right.
I've forgotten that...

Try to rename your image to xxx.cdi and then scan it.
You'll see if it works.

Ok, so use an Hex editor and try to look for 00E403A000E401A000E4 (mostly used 60 Hz code) and change it by 01E403A002E401A003E4 (50 Hz code).
