Oversize cannot read on CD-R but can on DVD-ROM

I have burned a 90min CD-R with Padus DiscJuggler NET 4.01.967 using oversize. Okay, it is ok. I have tried to read this CD-R on my Creative 8432 CD-RW and I got an error message "cannot read from the source file or disk". But if I try to read this CD-R on my DVD-ROM ASUS it runs. Why that? The CD-R must runs on the same hardware that was burned, no?

Some CD-Rs can burn 99min and mine only 90min. My drive is CREATIVE 8432 and here says that 8432E can burn:
http://www.disc4you.com/news/99min.html

There is no difference between 8432 and 8432E. No?
