Ok,
1 how does a DVD Game fit on a CDR?

2 What is the best method

3 what mod chip or other stuff do I need.

Please help.

Its called ripping. You rip out unwanted parts like large movies etc.

2 What is the best method
Have a look at http://www.psxcopyworld.co.uk/ and http://www.megagames.com/ps2/ps2.shtml for tuturiols and rip kits

3 what mod chip or other stuff do I need.
It is advisable to purchase a mod-chip, the best chip is the Messiah, which should be compatible if you have a PAL PS2. With a messiah you do not need anything extra. Some other chips might require you to buy the Action Replay 2 (AR2) bundle. You will only need the AR2 if your chip involves swapping during the boot up sequence. charlie_ps2 is an excellent source for info/purchasing/installing messiahs.
