PS2 mods(not a chip)?

I'm just really board right now and I was thinking about how people do computer mods. Is it posible to do things like this to a ps2? I'd like to put a small neon tube inside of mine, however I don't know where to make the connections. Can anyone give me any info on how I can do this?

P.S.: Yea I know it's lame, but it'd give me something to do for a bit...

the ps2 has VERY little space inside. I doubt you'd find anywhere decent to place any lights without risking to damage it or it causing overheating.

Yea, I noticed that when I opened it up to find a spot. I'm not very sure about where to start if I did. I'd like to have a soft blue glow come out from the front but there's some things in the way. If I can figure out how to hook one up I'm suure I can finger something out. StreetGlow has some very tiny ones.
