CAN I PUT MPEG1 (VCD) MOVIES FILES ON A DVD-R SO THAT THEY CAN BE WATCHED ON A STANDALONE DVD PLAYER ? IF THE DVD PLAYER SUPPORTS VCD. OR DO I ACTUALLY HAVE TO RE-ENCODE THE FILES TO MPEG 2 AND AUTHOR AND BLAH BLAH BLAH ??????
