whats dvd-r media works with the pioneer dvr-a03

i used all the pioneer dvd-r that came with the burner and tried some called laser they didnt work.the pioneer ones are to much to buy $39 aud
so can anyone tell what works and where to get them from,i konw link sang sell them but do they work with the a03
