neo 2.5 dvd key

I posted earlier about this problem but got no responses

If anyone can help let me know again I have a neo 2.5 dvd key and can not load ps1 backups.

let me know if anyone knows how

All i do is insert a PSX backup, close the tray and press reset once to boot it

ok well i tried to boot ps1 backup and nothing still.......

also cant get swing away golf and all star baseball 2002 for ps2 to load
