Plexwriter 12/10/32A Trouble

I have not been able to back up Freedom Force or MOH. I have tried Nero, CD Clone and Blindwrite. I have read the CD's at 1x. The cd's will install without any problem but when the game launches it asks to have the cd inserted. Does the above mentioned cd rom have known issues? Does anyone have the above burner and have working copies? If so can you please post tips, tricks, or settings.

try upgrading the firmware for the burner. I have a plextor 12/4/32 Ext SCSI drive and thats what i had to do.
