Solution to DVD-ROMs and CD-ROMs not reading cd-r and/or cd-rw disks

If you have a DVD-ROM and a CD-ROM and it doesnt read cd-rw or cd-r disks then all you need to do is to download a UDF Reader [by Adaptec]
The program is only 0.4 mb and is probably the solution to your problem. You can download it here:
