Extracting images (pictures, not CD-images) from DAT files

Hello

I've transferred all the files from a Dreamcast game and it has a directory where an art gallery is located. These files are all .DAT files. How can I extract the pictures from them?

Any useful tools? I've searched on google and dccopyworld, but haven't found anything useful till now. go.to/selfboot doens't work anymore and I don't recall ever finding anything relevant over there.

Please help!! :o(
Thanks
