Help with Track Volume Levels Please?

Hi all,

I am new to mp3 burning, and have managed to record a few mp3 compilations. Everything works fine apart from the different volume levels of individual tracks. What I'm trying to say is that when I play my recorded CDs there is quite a noticable difference in the volume level of some tracks - some are quiet while some a very loud!

This can be very annoying having to keep altering the volume level for certain track when listening to a CD.

Does anyone know of a way to ensure that all the tracks (mp3s) are adjusted to the same volume level before they are burned to a CD? Surely there must be softwear program that can do this.

Any help greatly appreciated.
