Talking Question for charlie

Hey charlie, I've got two games that have been backed up for me but I can't play them because the games are actually Jap games and I need them to patched to NTSC. I've tried mega games and game freax to se if they have this patch but neither of them do. So I was wondering if you knew of any other sites that I may be able to find one or if you know the process involved in creating a patch could you maybe please send me some instructions by email on how to do so.

(The two game titles are Tekken 4 & Maximo Ghosts to Glory)

Thanx

Sorry - I can't point you to a patch site - I've never needed a patch!

You have hit a common problemm for NTSC users. Euro-PAL TVs have AV ports that accept RGB @ 60Hz which the PS2 puts out if you set the system configuration to do so. I think some NTSC TVs are now able to reciprocate at 50Hz (PAL) but you probably don't have one of those.

So, short of a patch, only a PAL to NTSC convertor will do the job. And they're expensive in the USA (the reverse is cheap in the UK!).

Sorry again
